Kleinwort Benson appoints senior private banker in London

Kleinwort Benson, the provider of banking and financial services to corporate and private clients in the UK and Channel Islands, has appointed Mark Burnyeat as a senior private banker in the London Private Wealth Management team.

Mr Burnyeat joins from Dresdner Kleinwort, where he was Managing Director and Head of UK Capital Structuring and Advisory. Prior to this he was Director in Global Finance at the bank and led syndicated debt transactions for M&A, restructurings and flotations. During his time with the investment bank, he built relationships with CFOs and treasurers across a wide range of sectors, as well as corporate financiers from other institutions.
